How to Install gigedit software package in Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin)

gigedit software package provides instrument editor for Gigasampler files, you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install gigedit

gigedit is installed in your system.

Make ensure the gigedit package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep gigedit *

You will get with gigedit package name, version, architecture and description in a table
